Raised in Southern Indiana, Gretchen has lived all over the country and recently settled in the Western Carolinas. She’s married to a hard-working husband, is the proud mom of two wonderful adult children, and shares her home with an aging furry mutt who keeps her up at night.

A true night owl, Gretchen’s love for storytelling was sparked when she stumbled upon a historical Korean drama—and she’s been hooked on Asian entertainment ever since. These days, she’s deep into Thai B-Love, Korean dramas, K-pop, and juggling over 50 manga series while (impatiently) awaiting new chapters each week. Her writing blends that global inspiration into heartfelt romance.
